How to submit a service request
In this article we will show you how to submit a service request. You can submit a request for yourself, but also for another employee. In the overview you can see all the items that you are allowed to request. Employees with a managerial role will see more items.
1. Within the portal, choose the option "Request new service".
2. You will now see an overview of all the Service items.
3. Choose the service item you want to request.
4. If the request is for yourself, go to step 4.1. If the request is for another employee, continue with step 4.2.
4.1 On the right-hand side you can select the option "Request for someone else". As soon as you check this option, you will get an extra option. In this bar you can use the e-mail address of the employee in question to select the employee for whom the request is intended. Then choose Submit request
4.2. Choose the option Submit request
Please note: additional information may be required for the request. In the form you will see the options that belong to the service item.
5. After the request has been submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation e-mail contains a link to the request in question, which makes it easy to follow the status.
